SpaceX, Ethereum and the Future of On Chain Finance

On chain finance is entering a new phase as tokenized equities move deeper into DeFi. Coinbase is launching tokenized stocks on Base, while Dialectic is working to unlock DeFi yield on tokenized SpaceX shares through its Starloop Vault. The goal is to let investors borrow stablecoins against tokenized equity positions and potentially earn yield without selling the underlying asset.

Ryan Zurrer, Founder at Dialectic, joins Remy Blaire to explain how the Starloop Vault works and why tokenized equities could become productive collateral in decentralized lending markets. Zurrer also shares his view on SpaceX’s valuation, arguing that markets may not be fully pricing in the company’s longer term opportunities across Starlink, compute, orbital data centers, advanced manufacturing and deep space ventures.

The conversation also explores the growing intersection of artificial intelligence and blockchain. Zurrer explains why AI agents could increasingly rely on native blockchain wallets to execute financial transactions and why he believes Ethereum is well positioned for the agentic future of finance. He also reveals where he is putting new capital to work, including his latest investment in Travis Kalanick’s robotics and automation company.
