Mantra Has Been Acquired, What It Means for Real World Asset Tokenization in Abu Dhabi

John Patrick Mullin, CEO and founder of Mantra, joins ADX following the company’s full acquisition by Inveniam, a private market data and AI infrastructure firm with deep roots in Abu Dhabi.

Mantra, turning six in August, built a sovereign layer one blockchain specifically for real world asset tokenization, with VARA licensing across brokerage, exchange, and asset management, plus its own US treasury-backed stablecoin. The Inveniam’s acquisition brings two complementary capabilities together: Mantra’s on-chain tokenization rails and Inveniam’s private market data and AI infrastructure, enabling real-time pricing and systematic trading of private market assets in a fully on-chain environment.

The vision is clear, Abu Dhabi as the home of compliant, institutional-grade digital capital markets, with Inveniam Digital as the new arm leading the charge.
