Faith-Based Investing Goes Global With a New ETF Targeting International Equities

Faith-based investing is expanding beyond U.S. equities as investors increasingly seek opportunities to diversify internationally without compromising their personal values. On FINTECH.TV’s Market Movers, Remy Blaire speaks with Benjamin Bailey, CFA, Vice President of Investments at Praxis Investment Management, about the launch of the Praxis Impact International ETF (PRXI), the growing demand for values-based investment strategies and how investors can pursue international diversification while maintaining their ethical investment principles.

Bailey examines why international equities are becoming increasingly important for faith-based investors. After a prolonged period of strong U.S. stock market performance, renewed interest in developed international markets is encouraging investors to reconsider their geographic exposure. He explains why faith-based investment products have historically offered more choices in domestic equities and how Praxis is working to close that gap through new international investment opportunities.

The conversation explores the Praxis Impact International ETF, which launched in June 2026 as the firm’s third ETF and its first focused on developed international markets. Trading under the ticker PRXI on NYSE Arca, the fund provides exposure to companies outside North America while applying Praxis’s established stewardship investing principles. The ETF builds on the firm’s existing investment strategies and seeks to deliver performance that closely reflects its underlying benchmark.

The discussion also examines Praxis’s ImpactX framework, which combines investment screening with additional approaches designed to encourage responsible corporate behavior. Bailey explains why values-based investing involves more than simply excluding certain industries. Alongside portfolio construction, Praxis incorporates shareholder advocacy, sustainability research and engagement with companies to encourage practices consistent with its investment principles.
