Welcome to Fintech TV. We are broadcasting live from Dallas at the NYSE Texas. And joining me here today is Rich Post Capital executive VP and CFO Amanda Cousins. Amanda, great to have you here. Thank you so much for joining me. Thank you for having me. Well, first and foremost, we are here at NYSE Texas in Dallas. So tell me, as a young public company, how does it give you an advantage being based in the Lone Star State? Well, we initially listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2021. We started building our corporate team out of Dallas. And as the financial services sector is growing in the Dallas market, we're really able to leverage the talent pool that is coming along with the the growth of the private market. So we're really excited to be a part of the celebration for New York Stock Exchange Texas. This week. We dual listed about this time last year. This week. We dual listed about this time last year.
And demanded there was a lot of anticipation and excitement, especially as we get closer to the official opening here at NYC Texas. So as a public company, especially on the heels of the latest earnings report, I do want to get your perspective when it comes to growth. So give us your take on both inorganic and organic growth.
At Ridge Post. We have had a lot of both organic and inorganic growth. In terms of organic growth, we really have to focus on and continuing to invest in our people, our infrastructure and process. And as part of that, we're able to, again, leverage on the the local Dallas business community that's developing with the sector.
And then in terms of inorganic growth, we really have to focus heavily on collaboration. So we really like to leave the culture and the teams in place after we acquire a company and but then make them part of the broader ridge post platform and culture so that we're able to really leverage the synergies that come from sharing our LP and GP relationships.
Yeah, and Amanda, as you mentioned, a key word there, and that is collaboration under one roof. So for our viewers out there, can you tell us a little bit about what's happening when it comes to VC as well as private credit over at Ridge Post? Yes. So as part of our inorganic growth strategy, we most recently acquired Stella's Capital Management, which is building on our private credit platform in terms of venture. There's a lot going on in the venture community. We're very excited about our venture strategy, Troubridge Capital. We really see that IPO market is normalizing a bit.
Investors are starting to really focus more on valuation, um, and profitability, which leads to a very healthy VC community. And we've seen a lot of interest from our Troubridge Capital platform, from our venture platform. And another area that you leaned in on on your earnings call was technology in particular what you're doing with AI and your automation initiatives. So give us a little bit of insight when it comes to what you're doing. We have a lot of we've really led the company with technology from the beginning. Our initial platform, RCP, built out GP Scout, which is a data and analytics platform focused on the private market sector on the lower, lower middle market and middle market sector. So that really helps us drive investment decisions and, um, really become better investors as well as other AI and automation projects that we have going that I spoke on our last earnings call about, which are really more about building scalability and efficiency as we continue to grow.
Yeah. And when we're talking about growth, that word scalability I think is key here. So how are you protecting margins while also scaling? That's a great question. So part of that is a collaboration. In fact, we had all of our CFOs from all nine of our strategies come into Dallas yesterday for an in-person meeting to talk about how we could build efficiency together using both AI and automation. And finally, Amanda, before I let you go, tell us about the vision at Ridge Post Capital and your outlook as we move forward into your end. Um, you know, we're really focused heavily again on building out our venture platform. Um, they we've had a lot of interest in that space. We also have our GP stakes business and the which is also middle market, lower middle market focused, and so really focused on growing those two strategies in particular and also working on the integration of Stellas.
Well, Amanda was wonderful having you here at NYC, Texas. So thank you so much for joining us. And thank you so much for sharing all of your insights today. Thank you.
